An eye exam is extremely important and ensures that your eyes stay healthy. Not only can they detect whether you need glasses, but they can also detect other common medical conditions.
At Orr & Simpson, we recommend that you book an eye test every 2 years, but your optometrist will advise you on this according to your situation. However, if you notice any changes in your vision, it’s best that you book an eye exam as soon as possible.
Anyone can develop problems with their vision, however some people may be at a higher risk. This applies to those aged 40 and over, 60 and over, and those who have a family history of glaucoma.
